Telephone Sales Training Pilot Program
This pilot program allows companies to test the “Telephone Sales Training” with little or no risk. See the actual methods and get real results before you engage. An unprecedented guarantee of success.
Additionally this pilot will provide one other benefit to your sales organization. Due to the way in which this program operates it will identify key non-optimum behaviors occurring in your current selling efforts.
The Telephone Sales Training Pilot Program Includes:
- 5 sessions of 40-60 minutes in length
Each sessions includes a theory segment and a live call analysis segment
You have the option to wait till the end of session 2 to decide if you wish to complete the pilot and not pay if you aren’t satisfied. Or you can save $300 by fully committing and paying up front.
The Training
- Set up – I will help introduce the training and its methods to the team so as to make them more comfortable with the training.
- Content can be driven in two ways
- Primary – is to drive the content by the tactical and strategic errors made in the observed calls. (Recommended
- Secondary – by objective, in other words I can bring in content based on an evaluation or management’s specific objectives.
After each session I will confirm with the managers what content we should bring to the next session. I will develop or pull a training piece from my files for use at the session. The mangers will get a copy they can use for coaching and into the future.
The Training Sessions
- Theory Content
The theory content session is the typical presentation and Q&A to deliver new information and skills. It is usually based on errors that were observed. If we don’t have calls prior to session one I usually do my “Next Step” module but you may choose the content if you wish.
- Homework
The training is most successful if you engage reps in critical thinking about the information being taught. Each week we need to collect 3 or 4 recorded calls for the session.Reps should be instructed to listen to the call(s) they turn in and write a very brief summary of the call’s purpose and identify anything that could have been done better, that worked outstandingly, or that they have a question about. This exercise should take no longer than listening to the call once after recording it.
When homework is present the caller will use it to take an active role in the live analysis with me at the session.
- Live Call Analysis
The live call analysis part of the session is a play and review of actual calls where I ask the group for and provide feedback on live calls.
Payment Options
NO-Risk with payment due after Session 2 to continue: $2700
OR
